Arizona's statewide down payment assistance program. Up to 4% of the loan amount for down payment or closing, plus an extra 1% for qualified buyers (up to 5% total). No monthly payment on the assistance. It's repaid only when you sell or do a cash-out refinance.   • Income limit: Maximum borrower income up to $155,386 for the standard program ($146,503 with FHA, VA, USDA, or conventional HFA financing), as of April 6, 2026.

How it works, step by step

Do I have to be a first-time homebuyer?

Will I owe the assistance back?

How does the rate compare to a non-DPA loan?
